There aren't any patented serves AND you can't create players who play 2 hands on both sides or play ambidextriously (like I do).
However, I have 2 REAL BIG problem with this game. The grounddtrokes are modeled very well from the players in the game. You can create your player and spend time so they can look like just about anyone. Great graphics.but no patented service motions.
