

The other thing I'd look at is how the account is setup. If you have the Teams Desktop client installed, Outlook will see an add-in for Teams, which will automatically be enabled.Set Admin users or assign a custom role if you are the owner

Set up the gmail account as an imap account in outlook and let it sync - give it a day or two, more if you have a lot of mail. Click Manage Profiles button and then choose Email Accounts.
